How do I sign up?

Go to the packages and Services Page, choose your package and schedule, and follow the payment instructions. We accept Paypal, cash, check or credit card.

Once we receive your sign-up information, you will receive an e-mail with all the details you need to get started.


What exactly is ATD Fitness Bootcamp?

ATD Fitness Bootcamp is structured as a get fit, stay fit community for busy people. The boot camp classes usually have 10-16 people that come together at specific times to take on a 45 minute fat burning workout that is lead by a Certified boot camp instructor.


Will this camp really help flatten my big stomach or help me lose weight?

Absolutely! The exercises that you will be performing are designed to burn fat all over your body…which in turn will flatten your stomach. But, there is no over-night quick fix, you must bring a “can do” attitude and be consistent.


How do I know that your program is going to work?

You won’t know until you come and try it. So, take advantage of our free trial by simply going to the registration page (hyperlink to registration page), fill out the form and you would be good to go. By the end of the trial week, you will have a really good understanding of what this program will do for you and your body.


How many days a week should I come?

For maximum fat burning and fitness level advancement you will need to attend our camps 3 days a week.

How long is each training session?

Our training sessions last for 45 minutes. These camps are designed for busy people who want to live the fitness lifestyle and get maximum fat burning in minimum time.


What do I need to bring to camp?

We require you to bring or wear:

  • any type of exercise mat
  • water/water bottle
  • sunscreen (for late morning, outdoor classes)
  • Foam Roller (3 ft long, 6 inch round) can be purchased at Sports Basement
  • a good pair of cross training (anything that has flat soles such as Pumas, Chuck Taylors, etc.)
  • Optional items to bring: towel
  • Dress in layers such as sweaters with a shirt and a sleeveless shirt.

What should I expect after the first few sessions?

Most people feel some soreness during the first week. After that, you may feel slight to moderate soreness depending on your intensity level during the workouts.


What kind of people go to bootcamp?

People from all walks of life who need support and direction to jump start their fitness and nutrition program.


Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are issued only under this situation: If the reason for which you can’t attend the bootcamp is out of your control and you notify us 48 hours before the session begins, we can issue you a refund with a $50 cancellation fee.


What happens if I can’t attend the whole 4-week session?

If something happens during your 4-week session, you can’t complete it and you have more than 2 weeks left, we can give you credit for the rest of the sessions you paid for towards the next bootcamp within the next six months. However, if you missed one or two sessions, you can make it up by going to other class times during the same session only.


What is the 100% Money Back Guarantee?

The money back guarantee is only valid if you have 100% attendance and followed our nutrition guidelines truthfully.  In other words, we guarantee our results if you followed our system in its entirety.


What is a typical day like at the bootcamp?

At ATD Fitness, there are no typical days.  Each session is deliberately designed differently from the previous one to keep the workouts fun and effective. However, most workouts will include bodyweight exercises; core, flexibility, agility, strength, plyometrics, and conditioning exercises among others.


How soon will I see results?

Everyone is different but most people can see improvement in performance within the first week.  You can see visual and measurable improvements within two to four weeks depending on your effort during the workouts and your nutrition compliance.


What will I do after camp is over?

There is an optional post-fitness assessment available to everyone.  Some people would most likely want to sign up for more sessions. For more advanced individuals, personal training would be more appropriate.
